Return Process

  Contact our XPPen India support team within 30 days of delivery via email or our official service portal with your order number and reason for return.

  Technical Evaluation

  Our experts will conduct a remote diagnostic to determine if the issue is software-related or a hardware defect eligible for a return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the product in its original box including all nibs, cables, and drawing gloves to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After receiving and inspecting the device at our service center, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 7-10 business days.
